To our friends and family in the wellness community,

As we continue to monitor the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and their families, partners and communities is our top priority at Solves Strips. We are closely monitoring developments with respect to COVID-19, including information and guidance published by healthcare authorities around the globe. We have implemented preventative measures and have taken additional steps to safeguard anyone who we work with or who uses our products.

Innosol is open for business and we are maintaining normal operations. We have activated our business continuity plans, which include activating our corporate and local incident management processes, as we respond to the evolving situation. COVID-19 has not impacted Innosol’s ability to deliver any products at this time. Our strategy for safe business continuity includes:

  • We are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), US Center for Disease Control (CDC), and local health organizations.
  • Following CDC guidance to institute training and preventative measures to reduce the chance of infection in the workplace, our warehouse and product fulfillment locations.
  • Cross-training employees to help maintain business operations in the event of decreased employee availability.
  • We will be suspending attendance in-person tradeshows and product demonstration events until further notice.

In the wellness community, we are used to looking after each other and working as a team, so let’s continue on the same path towards a healthy future.
